This former factory housed trade workers in the heart of Harrowgate.
It still does.
When rebuilding began, we didn’t start with bricks, wood, or concrete. We started with the story of our first tenant, an artisan carpenter, who needed a permanent space to set up shop and create connections, like collaborating with a sign painter down the hall, or a jewelry maker upstairs.
So that's what we're building – a community of artisans and craft people, like you.
